By using imaging multicolor flow cytometry we have monitored the translocation of NF-kB p65 and STAT1, two of the most important intracellular orchestrators of an antimicrobial response, in untransformed polarized human neonatal small intestinal Fulvestrant Estrogen Receptor inhibitor epithelia, challenged with different Lactobacillus spp. By contrast the Cooperative Equiprobable model shows a clear progression of increasing mutual information with the final reprogramming time that corresponds to the preferred path of epigenetic changes.
